July 22, 2010 • Portraits tina + justin - esession in ocean city nj
Tina and Justin are being married this Saturday at The Carriage House in Galloway NJ. I am so excited to photograph their wedding. I have known Justin since he was a little boy and it has been wonderful to see him grow up into such a wonderful, handsome man.
They asked for their engagement session to be on the Ocean City beaches. I rode my bicycle down to meet them and had a blast with the shoot.
Tina and Justin are just perfect for each other :)
This one is my favorite :)
I cannot wait for Saturday!!!

July 10, 2010 • Portraits suzanne + will - ocean city nj
Suzanne and Will drove down over 3 hours for their engagement session with me in Ocean City. Suzanne had found me through her friends , Nora and Kenny. I had photographed Nora and Kenny's wedding last year and Suzanne said that "their photos were amazing!".
Now here is where I feel really, really honored. Suzanne and Will had hired another photographer in North Jersey before they had heard of me. They told me that their photographer had done a really poor job with their engagement session. He had only spent 30 minutes with them and delivered 30 images. Suzanne told me "I can't imagine what my wedding photos would look like if the engagement photos looked like this." She was really sad about it. :(
Paula to the rescue :)
Suzanne and Will fired their photographer and booked me for their wedding. We shot an amazing engagement session in Ocean City and Suzanne and Will are thrilled :)
Suzanne and Will were "jumping for joy" to do an amazing engagement session!
The happy couple!
Sweet and tender.
Will proclaims victory as Suzanne is the 1st to get completely wet in the water. Woot woot!
I can't wait for their wedding in West Orange this October. Bring it on!

July 7, 2010 • Weddings andrea + sam - the flanders ocean city nj
Andrea and Sam are from San Francisco California. Andrea spent her childhood summers in Ocean City NJ and wanted to have her wedding here. Andrea and Sam met in the Peace Corps and fell in love. They are an awesome couple :)
Andrea and Sam found me through their wedding planner, Marilyn Ambra who is located in San Francisco. Marilyn said that she loved my work and wished that I was located in San Francisco so that she could always recommend me out. I said , "Hey ... I do travel :) "
Andrea got ready at her parents B&B "The Rose Garden Inn" located on 13th and Ocean Ave in Ocean City NJ.
The beautiful bride, Andrea.
Andrea and her bridesmaids walked 2 blocks to the church.
Sam sees his bride as she makes her way down the aisle.
St. Augustine's Church in Ocean City NJ.
My favorite shot of the day.
Beach partrol let us jump on the quad for a few quick shots.
Yesterday, we took Brandon & Kearston tubing at The Bayview Marina in Ocean City, NJ . The kids had a blast the day before on Waverunners - but today was another awesome day of fun in the sun!
Its funny because, as a local, you never think to do these kind of fun activities unless you are on vacation somewhere in the caribbean. Its nice to know that the fun can still be right in your own back yard :)
Our boat - manned by Captain Cole.
Brandon & Kearston on the boat. They had no idea was tubing was all about - they just thought they were going to float on a tube behind a boat - "That is boring Aunt Paula!".
Uhhhh... its more than just floating!
Pam and Kearston were the 1st ones up!
Brandon gave a big "thumbs up" for the boat to go faster!
Nothing is better than a kid's smile :) Big kid or little kid - it doesn't matter :)
"Go Aunt Paula, go!"
Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-haw!
The gang :)
