July 31, 2007 • Personal brandon and kearston - summer visit
Brandon and Kearston came to visit my parents and I this summer. They are my brother's children. Tragically, my brother, Brian, passed away in July 2005. He is sadly missed by all of us. It was good to see the kids again. The last time I had seen them was last summer when I went to Puerto Rico for a visit. They reside in Puerto Rico with their grandparents, Sol and Carlos. Here are a few images of my visit with them last summer.
This was my favorite image. I made it into a 16x20 and it is on my living room wall in my home. They are such beautiful children - I am not biased! :)
Brandon is wearing a necklace that I bought for him that morning on the beaches of Puerto Rico from a vendor. He didn't want to take it off.

Brandon and Kearston arrived in New Jersey in June. Here are a few images of their summer visit with us. I will post more a little later.
Kearston lost 2 teeth while she was here! You can see a new front tooth coming in!
My mom and Kearston in my pool. My mom doesn't know I am posting images of her and her "pool hair". Whoops mom!
Brandon loved snorkeling in the pool. He would just swim around the pool in circles all day. It didn't take much to keep him amused!
Chelsea was sitting in the grass - poolside. She doesn't like the water at all.
Finny looks so innocent here! He runs around the pool and barks at Roberto (my robot pool cleaner). He has pulled the pool cleaner out of the water on more than one occasion!

Stephanie and Caleb had a beautiful baby girl. They named her Hailey. She is 5 weeks old. We took the baby portraits in Hailey's nursery with her proud mommy and daddy. I have known Stephanie since she was born. I remember visiting her in the hospital when she was just 1 day old. Her baby Hailey looks just like Stephanie when she was an infant. Beautiful.
I love their body language as they hold baby Hailey.

July 30, 2007 • Portraits carolann + erik - engagement
I met Carolann and Erik for their enagagement session on the Ocean City Beach. The booked me for their August 31 2008 wedding. I had not yet met them in person and I looked forward to photographing their enagagement session .
Carolann and Erik had so much love and energy. They were very playful and relaxed infront of the camera. I think I was laughing as much as they were!
