Krista approached me to photograph her senior portrait because she didn't want the "stuffy cap and gown shots" to show to her friends. The beach was a perfect choice.

Krista is not only pretty - but also smart. She is looking into attending Montclair next Fall.

They asked for their engagement session to be on the Ocean City beaches. I rode my bicycle down to meet them and had a blast with the shoot.

Tina and Justin are just perfect for each other :)

Now here is where I feel really, really honored. Suzanne and Will had hired another photographer in North Jersey before they had heard of me. They told me that their photographer had done a really poor job with their engagement session. He had only spent 30 minutes with them and delivered 30 images. Suzanne told me "I can't imagine what my wedding photos would look like if the engagement photos looked like this." She was really sad about it. :(

Suzanne and Will fired their photographer and booked me for their wedding. We shot an amazing engagement session in Ocean City and Suzanne and Will are thrilled :)

Andrea and Sam found me through their wedding planner, Marilyn Ambra who is located in San Francisco. Marilyn said that she loved my work and wished that I was located in San Francisco so that she could always recommend me out. I said , "Hey ... I do travel :) "

Its funny because, as a local, you never think to do these kind of fun activities unless you are on vacation somewhere in the caribbean. Its nice to know that the fun can still be right in your own back yard :)

Brandon ... Kearston on the boat. They had no idea was tubing was all about - they just thought they were going to float on a tube behind a boat - "That is boring Aunt Paula!".

Uhhhh... its more than just floating!

Brandon gave a big "thumbs up" for the boat to go faster!

Nothing is better than a kid's smile :) Big kid or little kid - it doesn't matter :)

A little tidbit - Steve was a bass player in the band YNOT - Hootie and the Blowfish used to open for THEM!!! :)

No one seemed to object when they jumped on the police quad :)

Jim persuaded Pat to The Borgata by telling him they were having a birthday dinner with a friend of theirs. Pat was so surprised as he walked off of the elevator!

Jim hired a Joan Rivers impersonator for the cocktail party. She looked (and sounded) like the real deal!

The main party was in The Waterclub at the Borgata Hotel and Casino.

What an awesome spot to have a party. The Borgata also offers a glass floor to cover the pool for your guests so they can dance!

Pat and the crowd laughed as introductions were made.

A sign in board - this print was of Pat (and Jim is in the water) on a beach in the Virgin Gordas in the Caribbean.

The Melanie Rice Orchestra rocked the house! They always put on a fantastic performance!

The birthday cake was over the top.

Jim gave a thoughtful speech about Pat. It was sweet and heartfelt.

Pat watched on as Jim talked.
